We haven't always seen eye to eye, and haven't always agreed that you made the best choices possible, and even at times I have resented you, but I wanted to write you this letter to let you know that I love you, and I forgive you for all the decisions you have made that has lead me down this path to where I am now. If it wasn't for the decisions you made, I wouldn't be here right now knowing what I know and doing what I do; and I LOVE what I know and LOVE what I do.
You are more beautiful than you are willing to admit or realise. You are more valued, you're smarter, you're sexier, you're stronger and you're more kind hearted than you give yourself credit.
I forgive you for staying when you should have walked away; I forgive you for the emotional barriers you created to protect yourself from feeling pain and hurt and heartbreak; and I forgive you for wanting to give up when you felt like you had no where to go. You did what you thought was the best decision to the best of your knowledge at the time, and NO ONE can ask for more than that of anyone.
Without your struggles I wouldn't have my joys and happiness, and without your tears I wouldn't know what it is like to be thankful for being here and having everything I have. For waking up each day. I have loved sharing every struggle with you.
You deserve the universe, and now it's my joy to be able to bring that to you.
